From the fertile Kullu valley, we drive into the arid landscape of Spiti, closed to outsiders. Here we visit ancient monasteries such as Dhankar and Tabo. On the journey to Leh, we pass two of Chantang's great inland seas, Tso Morris and Tso Kar and three major passes, one lies at over 18'000 feet and is a formidable barrier. Reserve early to avoid disappointment.

Day 1	Arrival in New Delhi.
Day 2	Travel by Road to Manali.
Day 3	Manali
Day 4-5	Travel by road to caza, Spiti.
Day 6-7	Exploring the villages and Monasteries of the Spiti valley.
Day 8-15	Trekking to the great salt lake of Tso Moriri
Day 16-19	Trekking across namadic territory of eastern Ladakh to TsoKar
Day 20	Travel by road to Leh.
Day 21	Exploration in Leh.
Day 22	Morning flight to Delhi.
Day 23	Fly home.
