WHERE TO BOOK
Your own trusted Travel Agent can book you on your ASATT's famous Tours.
If you are booking through your Travel Agent, please make all payments
to him and he will pay us your behalf.
There is no additional cost to you so do take advantage of your own Travel
Agent's Professional advice and service. You can also book through Adventure
South Asia Tours.
BOOKING & DEPOSITS
You must complete and sign the official PTTR Booking form enclosed in this brochure which gives the booking conditions of the Tour. Please complete one booking form per party.
All cheque or demand drafts must be made payable either to your own Travel
Agent or ASATT Kathmandu. We require a deposit of 50% for the cost of
the tour package for booking. We accept by VISA and MASTER cards, or by
BANK TRANSFER.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
It is your responsibility to hold valid Travel documents such as passport,
visas, Confirmed air tickets to be able to travel on the Tour. The cost
of processing visas and passports is not included in the Tour price and
you are required to pay for them separately. It would be best to check
with the ASATT office or nearest your own trusted Travel Agent, for advice
and information. Please ensure with them that your travel documents will
be processed in time for your departure, as it is their specific responsibility
to do so.
BALANCE PAYMENT
Balance payment towards the cost of your Tour (US Dollar) must pay us on your arrival day prior to the departure of your tour .
AMENDMENTS
A transfer to one travel to another will be treated as cancellation from one tour and a fresh booking another. Therefore cancellation charges will apply.
CANCELLATIONS
If circumstances make you cancel your Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. As per the booking conditions of the tour we are constrained to levy the following cancellation charges. Cancellation charge per person.
21 days or more prior to the departure of the tour or for non payment of the balance amount. 20 to 15 days prior to the departure of the tour 50% of tour cost. 14 to 01 days prior to the departure of the tour 75% of the tour cost. In case you are 'No show' on the tour, 100% of tour cost.
Pacific Travel & Tours reserves the right to the cancel any tour prior to the departure without assigning any reason.
REFUNDS
Refunds (if any) for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly
to you by ASATT or the Travel Agent through whom you have forwarded your
payment to us. It would take at least 30 days to process refunds. In case
of refund of Foreign currency component, the said refund shall be made
in Local currency only at prevailing rate on date refund as per existing
rules and Regulations.
There is No Refund payable for any Unutilized Services (e.g., Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tours, Hotels, etc).
